This site is secured by Rapid Share SSL certificate. All info entered is send encrypted. The credit card info is never send via email. It is stored on a secure web server and then deleted and moved onto a secure offline location. After your stay we will erase your credit card info from our files.

Checkin & Checkout

Check in is generally from 12pm, but it depends on availability, and during high season and holiday seasons you may at times have to wait slightly for your Cabina to be ready and cleaned.

Check out is at 10am. We realize this may be early for some guests, but we have to get your Cabina cleaned and ready for the next guest.

If you leave before 8am, leave the key in your room and close the door. We will take care of the rest.

Cancellation Policy

A advanced deposit is required. Cancellation requires notice via e-mail 2 weeks/ 14 days in advance or you will be charged in full. Once submitted, if you request any changes to this reservation, we can not guarantee availability. Payment is preferred in Cash in either Colones at the current exchange or American Dollars. Payment in full is due at the time of check in. There is a 6% fee charged for all credit card payments.
